In July 2019, Kathie paid $3.7 million for a 7,965 square foot brownstone in Franklin, Tennessee – a wealthy suburb of Nashville where a ton of celebrities live. Little is know about the home, but The Tennessean did get a peek inside during their interview. During an appearance on Today last fall, Kathie said she loves the relaxed attitude of the south.
